SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your order to you as quickly and as economically as possible. Due to the bulky nature of our products, we are unable to carry your chair/ottoman inside your home, so please ensure that you have someone available and able to assist carrying your order into your home.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to most physical addresses in Australia. If you can't find your city or town on the product page or at the checkout, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a delivery quote. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Deliveries are sent Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
At the checkout (in the notes section), you can advise us of a secure location where your order can be left – eg ‘at back door’ etc. We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen boxes left at an address. If you do not opt for your item to be left, then we encourage you to track and trace your delivery via our courier’s website.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow 2-4 working days in Metro areas from time of dispatch to time of delivery. Please allow additional time for Regional and Rural areas (including Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania).
If the items you have purchased are in stock we will endeavour to have them dispatched to you as soon as possible, which is usually within 1 business day. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
For all pre-orders, we will contact you directly once your order has arrived and dispatch it with priority. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
TRACKING AN ORDER
All products are dispatched via track and trace courier or with a local courier service. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and advising your tracking number which will link to our courier’s web page so that you can keep an eye on progress. Alternatively, if you are receiving a local Sydney delivery, then our team will be in touch with delivery day and timeframe options to best suit you.
HOLDING AN ORDER
Unfortunately we cannot hold orders in our warehouse for dispatch at a later date. We dispatch our orders as soon as we can after an order is received. If you know you will be away on holiday or are moving house etc, please email us at email@example.com to advise us of an alternative delivery address.
We currently deliver within Australia only, however we do have stockists in New Zealand, Singapore and Europe. If you live within these areas, please refer to our STOCKISTS page for more information.
